About Us

At J&A Hospitality Consulting and Training Solutions, we are passionate about creating service-driven environments that elevate the overall guest experience. Our team is comprised of two highly experienced consultants, Allison and Cymar, who bring their unique skills and knowledge to each project. With over 13 years of experience in South Florida's club industry, Allison is an expert in building and leading successful service teams. Cymar has a wealth of experience working in the international hospitality industry, with a focus on training, fine dining etiquette, and perfecting the steps of service.

Allison Petscher, CCM, CAM

I am a certified club manager and licensed community association manager. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 19 years and the private club industry for 12 years. I started in food and beverage and have worked my way through the club industry with a strong understanding of golf operations, accounting, human resources, racquet sports, facilities management and agronomy.

I have been using the H2B visa program for the 12 years I have worked in private club. I have assisted multiple clubs in the Southwest Florida area get started with using the program to complement their U.S. workforce and strengthen their food and beverage operations.

Cymar Jowrey

I am originally from the Montego Bay area of Jamaica and my career started in upscale resorts. I began coming to the United States on the H2B program 10 years ago. My journey in the private club industry commenced in 2015 at Grey Oaks and for many years, I traveled seasonally between Naples and Sagamore Resort & Spa in Lake George, New York.

After being promoted to a management role I realized that I could use my unique skill set to create training experiences for others on visa programs and in the hospitality industry in the United States. I enjoy working with Clubs to assist them in achieving high levels of member satisfaction by placing a keen focus on service culture, by extends to encompassing steps of service, member experience enhancement, fine dining proficiency, training prowess, and remarkable versatility.
